This is our princess........taking her aim. :)
Well November took us to UT for a fun THANKSGIVING. We haven't been home for the holidays in 3 years, and it felt GOOD!! We drove the 17 hrs spent 3 days with one side of the family and the next 3 days with the other side of the family and then drove another 17 hrs home. Whew!! We were exhausted but it was totally fun and worth every minute. We spent a day up in SLC sight seeing, dinner at Great Grandpa and Grandmas house, raking lots of leaves and taking lots of dives, shopping with the girls, ate a very good turkey with lots of yummy pies, rolls and mashed potatoes. Played a really funny game about loving yourself and others, played lots of air hockey and the wii, met a new cousin, 4-wheeling, and took our first daughter shooting for the first time (i think she enjoyed herself).
Steve caught this sweet picture of our beautiful daughter dreaming about the day she can go inside.

We love staying at our aunt Steph and uncle Lance's house. They make our life so fun.
This is how Katelyn catches some shut-eye during our road trip. What ever works!!
The kids were marvelous on the trip which probably means, we'll do it again sometime next year. ;)

WOW 17 Hrs!!! Way to go Carpenter clan!
ReplyDeleteLooks like tons of fun! Sorry we missed seeing you, but it was fun seeing a picture off all the Carpenters together. I haven't seen that in a long time!
