Well, I am really trying hard to get all caught up so I can print this puppy!!
December came and went so quickly....it was very eventful and a very enjoyable month overall. I was only REALLY stressed out at least half of the month this time instead of the whole month. :) I am improving!! Next year I will try for not being stressed at all.
Well to start off we have Sydney's choir concert. Totally CUTE! 2nd row 5 from the left, be sure to count the girl behind the speaker.
We live by a big field in a col-de-sac which we have loved, because we get to see and hear all the wildlife....deer regularly, coyotes every night, foxes, owls, lots of birds. Its been fun but suddenly our view is not so great. They began building a house right next to us. Not great for our wide open space view, but I'm pretty sure Bryce and Katelyn were glued to that window, and on warmer days out on the patio, watching the workers every move. It was really cute to see their excitedment. It was Bob the Builder in real life. (actually to tell you the truth i was amazed too, it was fun to watch the house go up so quickly.)
It's Tradition!
2nd annual "ugly sweater party",
Unfortunately we forgot to take pics of the rest of the group. They were pretty good!! We ate, played games, laughed a ton....you know, the usual.

Painting sugar cookies with some kids from the ward.
Such a cute idea for little kids who can't frost.

Our first SNOW!! And it even happened over the kids break, so we were able to enjoy every minute of it, plus lots of hot cocoa too. It was so bitter cold, even all bundled up the girls only lasted maybe 30 min. But Bryce on the other hand stayed out for at least 3 hours. He was so happy, even if he was alone. It was so cute. But man it is frustrating when you spend 10 min. per child helping them put on the snow clothes, just to have them turn around and come back in.
Katelyn came in pretty early, while I was out taking pictures. I came back in to find her snuggled up in bed with her "baby puter" as she calls it. She was totally content. (We have recently gotten rid of the bink, she did better with it than I expected. It only took 3-4 days of her crying for it. So sad, but so happy it's gone!! She asked for it the other day which surprised me, but was fine when I said it was gone.)
I just love those EYES!
Gingerbread houses
Christmas Eve dinner! We try to do something extra nice and yummy.
This year- ribs.
Christmas Morning!
WOW! They kids were totally surprised. We can't wait for Spring now.
Our ward rented a ice skating rink the day after Christmas from 9-11pm. Steve stayed home with the littles and I went and had some fun with the big girls. It was FREEZING but FUN!!

No Bink! Congrats, hopefully we can follow suit soon! That snow looks so fun
