Part 1: Summer Vacation!!

We first flew into see our cousins in CO and had a great time with them. We stayed 5 days then flew to Papa and Honey's house. We are always wishing we lived closer, hopefully some day we will. Cousins are the GREATEST!!

The weather was great and it was so nice to see decent grass again. We loved playing in the back yard, and being outside ALL DAY... that is something we can not do here in the summer.

Camping in the back yard was a blast, they even got a little rain.

New little additions just getting to know each other. Some day they'll be inseparable just like the others.

We found out that we can't leave any stool next to the sink or else.....

Luckily she had the cold water and not the hot.

Spending time with the GREATS... we love them and I love that my kids know my grandparents... they really are the best people in the world.

YEP.... that's me

After 9 yrs. of not skiing I made it up.....not for long though.... clearly i need more stamina. Don't examine too closely, I have bad form :)

The kids were impressed though, and Katelyn was scolding me the whole time I was out there. She just kept jabbering to my mom and pointing her finger telling me to get back in the boat.

The trampoline saved our life while visiting... endless hours of fun on that thing. Even I got in on the action and taught the girls a thing or two. I don't think I even wet my pants.... yeah for me.

My dear little sister got her wisdom teeth removed while we were there and she was such a good sport and let me take her picture. Her cute little chipmunk cheeks were still quite swollen, but she was smiling....!

Fun people in our life....... my siblings and spouses....I love them! They really are crazy fun to hang out with.... if you can't tell.

BRAND NEW BABIES... chillin in their seats.... we had 4 born in one yr.

It was a good yr!!

Just having a heart to heart with SNICKERS the dog. They were best friends after they shared a hot dog together.

My dad and I took the girls for a hike up to the Y. They did great and we all had a fabulous time. FYI...it is much steeper than I remember as a kid. Ironically coming down was actually harder than going up. Leah slipped and tore her pants.....

We spent some time with Steve's family too in the southern end of the state and had an equally good time. Uncle Lance can make anything FUN!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAMPS....

This kid was sure missing his dad our whole trip, but Uncle Lance made up the difference for one afternoon at least. Bryce wouldn't leave his side the entire time. It was pretty cute.

We had a great time, but oh how we missed our hubby and daddy back at home. I was pretty much miserable, and will never ever ever leave him again for that long.
