HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

JUNE is the best month...I have always thought it was a great month ever since I was a kid, and I still think it is because that is my birthday month. I love birthdays, I think they are so much fun and I love to party all week long if possible. :)

I wanted a pic with my kids on my 29th birthday. I am one lucky mommy to have all these helpers around.

We took the girls to dance and then ate at a yummy Mexican restaurant. Steve thought he would embarrass me and have them sing to me. Look at Bryce's face...too funny.

The girls completed another dance season and performed 3 dances each at their concert. Their favorite was Musical Theater...their group did a medley of songs from Suessical. Sydney was the main character of Jo Jo and had a whole bunch of lines.

We were so proud of her for memorizing so well and doing a fabulous job. This was Leah's first try at Musical Theater and I think she loves it just as much as Sydney now too. Our house is always rocking to music blasting and girls singing and making up dances to go with it. Let me tell you, they have some pretty AWESOME moves... I love to watch them grow.

They were very excited about getting their special trophy at the recital. They really treasure those things.

My cousins Russ and Britt and their two cute daughters came for a visit.

We were so happy to have them see our fun place to live. We had a really great time and I hope they did too.

Yet another Airboat ride for our family...

Bryce and I were the only people on our boat. He was really nervous for some reason. Super quiet but cute.

I love these great people, and am so happy they came to visit. I love all of my extended family. No matter how much time passes, we just pick up where we left off, it is so great. Britt married into the family but we have known her since before Russ' mission. She is just one of us

The scooters were Leah's roller skates...

I may or may not have been sleeping on the couch while all of that went on. But they were too cute and I had to get a few shots. Katelyn's favorite thing is to play outside on all of the bikes, scooters, & wagons; what ever she can get on. Which is most everything. She is actually quite good at the plasma car.

This was just too much for words... have you ever seen a Cadillac golf cart?

Well now you have, and the kids even got to go for a spin.

Summer is half over.... boo hoo!!
