JUNE...Here is our month in a nutshell.

June absolutely flew by. I can't believe it is already over.

We started the month off with my birthday. The kids and Steve made me a cute cake, and they pampered me with a mini pedi. It was great. Turning 28 wasn't very fun. That means I'm too close to 30. In my mind I'm still 22 but this last baby has shown me I'm not as energetic as I used to be. My body is wearing down, and the baby weight is not coming off like with my first. I actually have to watch what I eat now. Yuck...which probably won't happen right now with so much going on. *sigh* They're sure worth it though.

Bryce was pretty entertained with this new cool "gun".

Sydney had her 1st grade award day. We loved her teacher this year. Mrs. Shelly was wonderful.

Sydney is such a great helper. When ever I need her to hold the baby, she is ready and willing. Katelyn loves to twirl on the office chair with her. They will have a special bond. Leah is always willing too, but just not as experienced as Sydney. Katelyn is lucky to have two great big sisters.

Bryce man is loving the pool lately. Every time we go, he has a little swimming lesson with me. We take the floaties off, and practice swimming. He is doing so good and hopefully he'll have it down by the end of the summer. Sydney and Leah are both great swimmers and it's so nice not to have to worry about them in the pool.

We just started the girls into dance again. They have been so anxious ever since we moved here. Now that we have a little more time I thought we'd give it a try. I found a great little dance academy that I think will be so good. They will take Ballet/Tap/Jazz, Sydney will do a musical theater class, while Leah will do tumbling. I love watching their talents develop.

Katelyn has grown a ton. Her 2 mo. appt is next week. Since gaining more weight she has turned into a good baby finally. I won't lie, it has been a very hard 6-7 weeks. She has been an extremely fussy baby. After 4 weeks of her constant crying we started to supplement her with formula and that helped out a ton. I felt so bad I was starving the poor girl. She has gained weight nicely now, and is having more happy time than sad time. She's not sleeping through the night or anything miraculous, but I'm happy if she'll just be pleasant when awake. Someone always has to be holding her or she screams. We love when she is sleeping :) She is such a little cutie pie though, and just recently has started to smile at us. Not gas smiles but real smiles. Mostly to Daddy, and at bath time. We absolutely adore her even with all her ups and downs. I remember when we first put her in her carseat, we could barely see her, now she fills it out nicely.

She looks a lot like all of the others as babies too.

I woke up one morning to find her sleeping like this. She was OUT and so peaceful...I just thought it was too cute.
