Our sweet new baby girl!!

Here she is finally. Sorry for the long wait. Katelyn was born May 7, 2010. She was 6 lbs 4 oz. and is just about perfect in every way. Her delivery was very speedy. I was a dilated to a 2 all day and night until around 2:47 am when my water broke, she was born about 10 min. later at 2:56 am. It was a super fast delivery, (which meant no epidural), but has been a great recovery. We are so happy she is here with us. She has tons of dark black hair, and the cutest button nose. She looks just like our other three children as babies. The kids just love her to pieces, and are all great helps. Sydney loves to hold her and pretends she is her own baby. Leah loves holding her too, and shaking the rattle for her. And Bryce gets the cutest grin on his face when he gently touches her hair. He calls her "Katewyn" it is so cute how soft he is with her. He likes to rub his cheek against hers. Every morning all the kids run in and peek into her bassinet. We are all smitten by her. She is definitely a huge blessing in our life. She didn't have jaundice, but the nurse told us to lay her in the nice Florida sun anyways. The kids thought that was so fun.

    Kandie she is adorable! Holy smokes talk about a quick delivery!! Good thing you were at the Hospital! Your kids look like they adore her!

    Congrats Carpenter's! How exciting! I am glad she is here and that all went well. Tell your kids hi from my kids. (Dallin is working on a letter for Sydney - we will see if it gets done soon!) Hope all is well and you're getting sleep! =)

    Nani, Thanks for the pictures and update. I love to hear how things are going with your little (its not little anymore) family. You've got beautiful kids and you look beautiful as well. Florida agrees with you. I miss you lots and miss seeing the kids growing and learning. Thanks for the Fathers day card. I love you too. The time you have in Florida will be as a small moment in your life.
    We will be there in January 2011. It will be here before you know it. Give that "big hunk" of a husband a hug from me. Love DAD.
