Family Vacation!!

In Sept. Steve had a week of school off, so we headed home for a quick trip to the people and places we love and miss. The kids flew wonderfully, there were a few mixups but overall it went well. It was such a short 2 weeks to fit all that we wanted to do, and we are so sorry that we weren't able to see everyone. We thought of you all, and wished we could've seen you, but 2 weeks is just 2 weeks, so next time we will definitely plan longer if possible. We did have a SUPER time and can't wait to plan our next visit, (probably not until next summer at least). Here are some of our highlights...(warning, there are a lot of pics)

The very first day we arrived we headed up to my grandparents cabin in the beautiful mountains that we miss so much. The kids had a great time driving around the golf cart and fishing and exploring. We got to spend some time with my uncles, aunts and cousins on my dad's side, and made many memories.

My not so little brother Casey and Bryce going for a spin.

We're glad for uncles to take care of Bryce's manly needs while Dad was away. My other not so little Brother Corey with his little sidekick.
Aunt Kylie with the girls...Sydney thought she was pretty cool to drive the golf cart.

Around the camp fire roasting hot dogs and marshmallows...with Aunties Rachel and Kylie
Exploring down at the river

I love my cute little ones...
Cousin Felicity helping feed Katelyn, she loved the baby and was so cute with her.
Honey, loving on those sweet cheeks. (Honey is what the grandkids call my mom)
The girls with another cousin Audrey and having a fabulous time.
We were able to go ride uncle clark's horses one afternoon and it was Leah's dream come true.

Sydney and her best buddy Eli...
This is my dear sweet grandma with Katelyn, her 36th great grandchild...Isn't that AMAZING!!
Even though it was a little chilly we took the boat out for a quick trip, Leah and Brooklyn were diehards when it came to the tube, surprisingly Sydney wanted nothing to do with it.
This is a pic before they knew what was in store for them, hence Sydney's smile. After one run, we couldn't get her to go back for a second round.
We took advantage of having all the family together and snapped a few pictures... Wow it was hard to get everyone to look. Bryce was in such a rotten mood so we were lucky to get him to even sit there. Kellie and Laura are both pregnant here. It seems like last time we took pictures Laura was pregnant, sorry Laura!

These two are inseparable...
My Beautiful Sisters...

The one smile of the evening for moody boy...
Happy go lucky...4 months old.
My sweet girlies...they are so much fun.
My adorable niece and nephews...we love when they are here to entertain my kids.
When Steve was finally able to fly out we then drove down South to do some more playing. We miss the mountains so we decided to have plenty of mountain time. We dutch-ovened up at Navajo Lake... Everything always tastes better up in the mountains.
My beautiful niece helping us out with the babe.
The magnificent chef and his three helpers

We love our family

The last day we headed to Yankee for some more fishing with our friends...The kids each have a friend their age and they all get along so well, we love these little kiddies...
We got a bite
Bryce with his first catch!! His sisters were very proud.
