An Announcement and Thanksgiving!!

I need to announce some good news... Most of you know but some may not. We are expecting our 4th child, and 3rd little girl. I am due May 13, 2010, but will hopefully come early as usual. We found out the 1st week we moved here, and we are so excited to welcome another sweet baby into our home. Everything is going wonderful, with no problems or complications so far. We feel so blessed and are so thankful for all of our kids. The older girls are so excited and even Bryce has started to notice my growing belly. I am 22 weeks and feel good except very tired all the time. Being pregnant with 3 little ones is not a common thing out here, and we get a lot of attention when we go do anything. Everyone has a comment from "Hey haven't you figured out what causes that yet?" to "You must be finished now right?" There are many polite people but it seems like the impolite ones stand out more. I am just now starting to feel the baby move daily and I love it. It is my favorite thing about being pregnant. We can't wait for May!!

On to the next...
Thanksgiving: We decided it was important to be close to family for the holidays, so we decided to drive the 14 hr drive to Mississippi where my brother and his family live. We can't even drive to church with out melt downs, so we were pretty nervous. But I'd have to say we were extremely blessed because we didn't have one single problem from the kids the entire drive there or back. We did hit holiday traffic coming home which added 4 hrs to our trip but again, the kids were golden.

We had such a great time with Kaleb and Laura and their kids. It was so nice to have cousins around to play with. My kids have really missed them. We did abolutely nothing except let the kids play play play while the adults could relax and talk. We are so glad we were able to see their cute little town, and beautiful home. Thanksgiving dinner was good too :)

  3. I've meant to get back to you before now, but you know how it is! I feel ya on the people asking you, "You know how this works, right?" Then they ask us if one of us are going to get something permanent done so we can be done. I hate it! Why do people think there is something wrong with having a big family?! I'm very excited for you, though. Three girls. How fun. We're very excited about having another girl. I love my boys, but was ready for another girl. Not so excited about having to move, but I always said I wanted out of here....
Glad you had a great holiday, and that all is well. Your family pictures are beautiful, by the way. Good luck with everything! We miss you guys.
