Is it too late for Halloween Pictures?

I am so slow with this blogging thing, but better late than never. RIGHT....

Steve was our awesome Ghost Buster Man... He had a lot of fun, can you tell? Bryce refused to dress up in anything. We tried several different costumes and he had nothing to do with it. So he was our party pooper this year. To the trunk or treat we put him in a green shirt and called him "Slimer" to go along with Steve's Ghost Buster theme.

Carving pumpkins!! Always a joy and a MESS!!

Our ward trunk or treat. Syd's first time with the donut eating contest. She said she didn't like doing it. I don't either, I feel so silly.

Here are my two Darlings. Sydney is my Beautiful Princess from Barbie movie "Princess and the Pauper" and Leah is my Beautiful sparkle witch for the 2nd year, (different costume).

We're in trouble... because I have two of the cutest girls.

Sydney and her cute little friend "the fireman".

Good friends alway make life better......Leah with two of her little friends.

The two little "sparkle witches"....

Here is the Ghost Buster and his Gypsy Woman.....Aren't I hideous. When I put on the wig I died laughing for about 5 min. and Sydney was so annoyed she said "Mom it's not that funny." I apparantly thought it was.
It was a whole new experience to go trick or treating in hot weather. Instead of trying to figure out how to wear a coat with their costumes, we were trying to put on as little as possible. We were still all sweating by the time we were done.

There are some older people that like kids and some that don't, so we just went to homes that had lights on which were very few, but the kids came away with so much candy. I don't think I ever had that much candy when I went as a kid. Some of the people were sitting on their driveways just waiting for the kids to come around, and then would proceed to dump handfuls in their little buckets. It was a fun little loop around our neighborhood, and when we got home Steve went right back to studying. I'm glad he was able to take a few hours off to be with us.

It was a Happy Halloween and that means the "real holidays" can begin.
Happy Holidays!!!

  8. I'm so glad to find that you have a blog! How is school? It sounds like you guys certainly keep busy and have fun while doing it. I'm getting everybody's birthdays for Grandma Jorgenson so that she can keep track of everybody a little bit easier on a little chart that she has. Can you email me all of that info for your family and perhaps everyonen else in Steve's family? The email that I check more frequently is julia.robertson11@gmail.com. And my blog is adamandjuliarobertson.blogspot.com. See ya!
