That was all settled and we were over at my mom's house visiting when again her hand accidentally bumped her mouth and the second loose tooth came flying out. She ran around screaming "my tooth, my tooth." None of us took her seriously because she had just barely lost a tooth. It wasn't until she showed the 2nd tooth and the huge hole in her mouth that we believed her.
Whew!! What a morning. Her prayers were answered. She repeatedly told me that she prayed last night that her teeth would come out. THE FAITH OF A CHILD!!
She was very excited to say the least. And now we have the cutest toothless grin 1st grader ever. She feels so proud like she's finally acheived the height of her childhood. Being a kid is great!!! The tooth fairy better get on the ball now. Congrats sunshine!!
That's so cool - Maddie is waiting for the day when she can loose a tooth like all of her friends. When are you guys going to Florida?
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you posted! It looks like you all had a awesome summer! It is so crazy that its back to school time already! Luke started pre-k today..it's so scary to think that next year he will be in Kinder...man how time flies! Things have been so stressful and crazy this summer too trying to decide where to go to school. We don't know yet...but hopefully by the end of next week we will have some answers. We def should get together soon! I'm thinking a night out without the kids:)

ReplyDeleteSydney was so excited to show Dallin her missing front teeth! Dallin's just fell out too and I told them they were twins. Dallin was confused that a boy and girl could be twins but I convinced them it was possible. So funny. Sydney looks adorable!

That is so funny!! The first two of Mikele's teeth came out when Brie hit her with her knee on the trampoline. Not at the same time, though. They get so excited when they loose teeth.
