Our much needed get away!!

We had the chance to get away in February to visit one of our favorite places.  FLORIDA!!

Grandma came to babysit, which was AWESOME for all of us!! While Steve and I ran away to have some much needed time to ourselves.  11 yrs with hardly a break, it was time!  We didn't take many photos of our trip, but we flew into Orlando, drove to our beloved Bonita Springs to go to church with our old ward.  That was one of my favorite days, just reminiscing and catching up with friends.  Then we drove back to Olando to play.  Our friends Lisa and Chris met us at Universal one day and we all had fun, minus Chris.  He and Lisa went on the Hulk ride very first and it didn't go well after that.  Poor guy!! But we are so grateful for fun friends that will drop everything to come hang out with us.  (Thanks to their family too for watching their kids so they could get away and also letting us crash at their house.)  Nicest people in the world, Dave and Linda!! We love them.  

Sydney is a bit obsessed with Harry Potter right now, so we were txting her pics the whole day we were in Harry Potter land.  She was so jealous and is now saving her pennies to buy a wand when we go again.

We flew home and the next day it DUMPED 12 in. of snow on us......what a nice welcome home from sunny florida!! :( But we missed our kids and were happy to be home again.
